  • Calciu
  • Magneziu
  • Potasiu
  • Zinc

  • Iod

Pasi

  1. Se stoarce sucul din portocale

  2. Se toarna sucul rezultat intr-un blender

  3. Se adauga restul ingredientelor

  4. Se amesteca pana cand continutul devine cremos
